As a 501(c)(4) social welfare organization, SMOC may engage in advocacy intended to promote social welfare. Any solicitations, petitions, or advocacy tools provided through the Site are offered to support SMOC's mission and compliance obligations. Contributions to SMOC are not deductible as charitable contributions for federal income tax purposes. Certain donor information may be reportable as required by law. Upon termination, all rights granted to you under these Terms will cease, and you must immediately stop using the Site and destroy any downloaded or printed Content in your possession.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or related to them, the Site, or Content are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida, for any suit, action, or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms or the Site, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
